not sure if you just joined last month. Some people could have opened ghost accounts during activation and that could be the reason for the two charges
But first, login to My Account on a browser using Incognito mode, go to Payment history page https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history and check if you see 2 different payment transactions.
If you cannot find the extra charge, open a ticket with support using direct message and they can further investigate:

I think you meant to address : Darren Entwhistle- current salary excluding pension renumeration $16.64 million. Up 4.4% from last year.

If you don't have two active Accounts than you can contact the Customer Service Agent and explain the situation, they should be able to refund you the extra charges in Account Credit so you can use it off your next bill. 😁

it's weird you got charged twice with different amount. you have no other account with PM in your family? You will need to submit ticket to CS agent and ask them to check
