Data add-on purchase but no show

Almost out of data note so i purchased add-on 1 wk ago now im out of data but no add-on was applieddid I !!!! Do something incorrectly!?

My guess is OP used the add-on in the past week. It doesn't take much to blow through 1GB.

Thought OP purchased data add on and wasn’t working , so sometimes you just need to reboot the phone to get it to kick in

Check your usage history from September 12th forward. Do you see data usage of 1024mb used since September 12th/13th? If so then you did recieve and use the data add on. What plan are you on? In almost every case ( unless you have a grandfathered plan) it makes more sense to renew early on the $40/20gb plan or is it still $39? Rather than purchase data add ons that now expire 30 days hence.

I'm like @maximum_gato and could use a little more info.

Please correct me if I'm incorrect. Did your plan run out of data so you got a text from PM saying if you need more data to purchase an add on? Did you purchase a data add on? Did you actually NEED to purchase a data add on??  More information would help figure this out.

We need a few more details to help? Why are you out a payment? What plan do you have? When is your renewal?

So im out  a payment, without data, pm texts me to go to website and get an add-on  and thats not going to happen before i get a refund or data added

So you looked in your payment history from here (not credit card)? What line item description did it have? Did you click those little refresh icons shown earlier? Do you see anything mentioning data and what days are left? Like 7/15 or 7/30.

Adding - or rather 8/15 or 23/30

So I am back on Wifi without data the payment appears on my bank statement but i am out 1 gig add-on paid gor on sept 12

Did you see the data add on one week ago when  you purchased?  Data Add ons do expire after 30 days.

PM website does have caching issues.  Might want to try to login under private mode or clear cache.  Or try a different web browser.  That may show the most up to date status of account.

And or lap top /computer

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

First, check your payment history page to see whether data add on was indeed purchased.  Did you download receipt when you purchased add on?  

If you did purchase the add on successfully, then check your usage history to make sure that you did not use up the data add on already.  Once used up, the data add on will disappear.
