Is it normal for the website to not load subscription or addon information?

Sometimes few page refreshes are required OR use clean browser, clear cookies, use incognito mode. Use computer not app.

If you’re clicking on “SHOP” and nothing happens then it’s not normal. You could contact CS and ask for assistance.

It probably a browser problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret  mode on your browser

or try accessing using PM app
