I need call logs from my phone from Oct 2024 onwards and am unable to go that far on the public mobile website. How do I go about obtaining this information?

PM only provide usage history for 90 days and no more, unless you have a legal need.
you can try to ask but you wont get it if you can't provide the proof for the legal need
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
