A family members iPhone was on Telus and after days of trying finally got Telus to manually port yesterday. Now the Phone shows SOS and we don't have Public Mobile access.What options do we have?

I need call logs from my phone from Oct 2024 onwards and am unable to go that far on the public mobile website. How do I go about obtaining this information?

I've been a member for almost a year and have an issue where calls from certain numbers don't cause my phone to ring. I don't even get a missed call. I'm able text back and forth with these folks though. They are even able to leave a voice mail.
