Phone doesn't ring for certain numbers

I've been a member for almost a year and have an issue where calls from certain numbers don't cause my phone to ring. I don't even get a missed call. I'm able text back and forth with these folks though. They are even able to leave a voice mail.

Haven't been blocked. 

Had posted this issue a year back and was told that the number had possibly not been ported properly. Called the number and was stuck in a menu loop.

Unfortunately these are not blocked numbers. Sometimes these are folks that I don't know.

make sure you didnt block those numbers

also, check Usage history on My Account and see if it shows there

also, test your sim on another phone and that can confirms if those numbers were blocked at device level

Are these people on your contact list? Also, do you have block unknown calls on your phone and may have accidentally added them or block them?
