Which plan are you on?  Did your plan renew overnight? 

Check your payment history page in your self service account.

hi @Jespo 

are you PM's customer?  when you joined, the account is set to have Autopay enabled, that's why it will top up automatically

if you don't want to autopay anymore, you need to disable Autopay manually yourself.  You didn't do it, right?
