@davidjkay you are correct, no email but ticket with Support and check your message via Community inbox
For usage, always use Incognito mode to avoid confusion. Yes, it is not good 😞
And use app to record the data used as well. Pick one that can do automatic reset every 30 days

My concern is my account webpage is broken connection timed out error, shows incorrect data when I find way to make it work, can't tell how much that I've REALLY used, or how much that I really have. I am on 5 GB plan with supposed 12 GB for 12 months and 2 GB gift in text message that doesn't seem to actually be. My best guess is I've used 75% of 5 GB, but my account claims I've only used 1.81 GB

How do you get agent by emails? My attempts went to chatbot all multiple choices don't fit, you do your best with the closest ones, you finally give the thumbs down, and start all over again without actually a chance to start a support ticket

It may be true but the prices are unbeatable. Gotta cut costs somewhere for that. I would recommend Public Mobile.

When my sister signed up at London Drugs couple years ago. The salesman as if she was computer savvy and have patience. If not, he suggested not to go on PM.
So far so good, not issues.

Public Mobile is definitely not for everyone. It can be really challenging at the best of times.

Not really.
All support is done by kind and knowledgeable customers and account issues are handled by agent though email in timely manner.

PM support is all online and might not suit everyone. 🙂
