Failed to activate SIM and phone number transfer

Hi,

I tried to activate my SIM and transfer my current number from Fido.  At the end of the process in the app, it said Subscription not Activated - "Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a customer support agent.  "

Please help,  thanks!

Hi,

To contact a staff member, there are two methods.

You can use the chatbot and type "agent" to submit a ticket.

 Alternatively, you can message an agent using the following link:

If you choose the alternate method, make sure to stay logged in to your community account and monitor the envelope icon on the top right since that is where you will receive the response.
