Hello Community,
Due to the recent Canada Post Strike, delivery times for new Public Mobile SIM card orders may be temporarily extended while Canada Post clears its backlog of deliveries.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your SIM card delivery. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact a Customer Support Agent.
If you need a SIM card more quickly you can purchase one on Amazon or find one at your nearest store.
For more detailed information on how this may impact your orders, alternative options, and steps to follow if you have an outstanding order, please see our dedicated Help Article.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

hi @DXY
as explain, yes, you will get reimbursement. But of course, better to arrange with support agent first.
, you can submit ticket by direct message:

The 15 days is already passed. How I can connect with fPM agent? I was made to keep going the circles, no agent showed up or helped really. Where do I put my trust??

hi @DXY
Badge won't help you to get the sim card quicker.
But as this announcement said, it will take as many as 15 days. If you placed the order already but need it now, buy another Public Sim card from Amazon or from Telus or Koodo stores. Then ask PM support agent to reimburse. I know you said you submitted ticket. Check the community inbox for their reply:

I have not received my new sim card for more than 15 days. I followed the instructions to get help and submit ticket and contact an agent, but it keeps me circling again and again, never get the ticket and get to reach the agent for the problem!!
