Hello, I just moved to Public mobile yesterday but got a message from my previous provider with a really good deal that it's making me think to go back. How does it work when I have already paid for the services? Will I get my money back pro-rated?

there's a good chance that your new cell provider is anxious to have you back and will likely credit your new account for the costs you paid to Public Mobile. You should at least ask them to do that for you if they wanna keep you sweet.

@italasaraiva - Unfortunately since you've used your service a bit, and since Public Mobile is prepaid, Public Mobile unfortunately doesn't offer refunds.
And if you are needing to return back to your previous carrier because of a win-back deal, you call the phone number / click their winback link from the email / sms. You will receive a SMS from Public Mobile authorization to complete the port - reply "Yes".
If it is stuck porting out of public mobile you will need to reinitiate the port from the win back carrier if you haven't ported in 5 hours or haven't replied within 90 minutes of the text being sent.
