Close account I don’t have access to

I need to close an account I no longer have access to. 
I know the email and password but it is very annoying that is sending a code to the number I no longer have access to. 
because of that I can’t finish logging in and trying to stop the subscription from there.

After I log in and type the email code, I always get a message saying: 

we’ve noticed you have and active public mobile service and would like to confirm your full access. The only option I see is: continue. 
after that I get a message saying a 6 digital code was sent to the old/lost number… then I’m stuck. I don’t see an option anywhere of switching this step to email code

You can change to receive code in your email.

Just remove 'subscription' and your account will be closed after 90 days of no pay
