Hi,
I had an old phone plan before, I moved to another province a few days ago, so I need to cancel it. But I cannot remember my old account info cause I set autopay. So, anyone can help?

You can also put in a zero balance visa gift card kind of card. I can give you the particulars of one if you like.

you cannot remove the credit card from My Account, please submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to remove it from your account:

I just stopped the autopay, and I need to remove all the credit card info from the public system, but I couldn't find where to remove it. HELP.

you can disable it yourself
Login My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription and then turn off "Subscribed" there

Log in to your account, go to payments, manage my subscription, manage payment method and toggle off autopay. Or if you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 611 and turn it off there.

Why do you need to cancel? This is a nationwide provider. When you can get logged in then you can change your number if you like.
