I will go to vacation. Can I temporarily stop my telephone plan for three months?

Remember, if you disable Subscribe/AutoPay for longer than 90 days.
Your account will be closed, your SIM will no longer work and you will loss your number. So don’t forget to Subscribe when you return.

just disable Autopay using the App or My Account before your trip. But the suspension can only be 90 days or your account will be permanently closed. So, login back to the account before 90 days and make a payment to resume service and reenable Autopay

@Lily555 What you can do is turn off auto subscribe in your account . Then your plan won’t renew on your renewal day , pay attention to that day you have 90 days before you need to make manual payment so like the 85-87 day from then make payment or you risk the account closing after 90 days and you can rinse and repeat the process for as long as you like
Turn auto subscribe off/on

HI @Lily555
not exactly 3 months but 90 days
what you can do is before your trip, disable Autopay from My account. Go to My Account, then go to Payment page, and click Manage Subscription and then toggle of Subscribed
It does not stop the service on that day when you disable Autopay. What it does is PM will not renew the plan at the end of the cycle. So, you need to know what the end of that cycle date
and you need to come back and resume service before 90 days after that first day of suspension, or you will lose your account and phone number. Try to come back a bit earlier, like 85 days and make a manual payment to resume service
