We cancelled our account a few months ago and the sim has been disconnected but Public Mobile keeps billing. how do we get a hold of anyone for a refund and to stop billing us?

Only 2 options to close your account:
- Port your number to another carrier.
- Disable Subscribe/AutoPay on your account and your account will be closed after 90 days f nonpayment.
So which option did you do?

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

@rbiemann how did you cancel your account? If you still have access online, sign in and toggle subscribe to off.
If you don't have access anymore to the account, you can send a message to public mobile at the link below to ask them to cancel the account and to remove the cc information from file.
As for refund, they will let you know.
