buy a new sim card and you can continue using PM network with a replacment phone
even you want to cancel, you don't need support agent's help
Just login My Account, use email as the 2FA, click Didn't receive code and the Send EmaIL
Once you are in, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed to turn off Autopay

You don't have to cancel your service. You can report your phone lost and then purchase a new SIM card/phone to restart your service.
You can still access My Account if you know the password. Instead of 2FA text, you can ask for resent code via email instead.
Once you access the account, you can report the phone stolen. That will suspend account. You could purchase a new phone and new PM SIM card and change the SIM card number via My account.

@Owensphone Get support to help report it lost /stolen until you get new SIM card and phone . Or if you or if you just want to have it canceled ask them to remove the credit card info of file right away
