Dear Public Mobile,
I hope you are well.
I have been charged $40 from my Credit Card every month since May 2024. I want a refund since this wasn't my fault, and I was promised that the service would be cancelled. Also, I don't remember the phone number or email associated with the credit card.

Hey there,
I had the $40 plan, and I often check my credit card and often pay it off sometimes check my statements. I didn’t realize Public Mobile still kept charging me until now

Who did you contact to cancel your service?
PM is an online self serve carrier so you do everything on the PM app or online and Unsubscribe your subscription or port your number to another carrier to cancel your account.
Can you tell us exactly what you did?
I would suggest you click on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent but they will need to confirm your credentials like email, phone number, address etc.
Worst case if the agent can’t confirm your account. You can dispute the charges with your CC company.
The only problem with this action is if you are going with Telus, Koodo or PM again. Payments will be done with vouchers for 1 year.
