Waited 90 minutes for transfer of old service, tried old and new sim card, no luck what do I try next?

Thanks for the help, it turned out the phone was locked so bought new phone and up and running in 5 minutes. NW

@NeilW did you leave your old SIM card in and reply "Yes" within 90 minutes of being asked to confirm number transfer? If not, please place the old SIM card back in and request the number transfer again from the PM app, or you can contact a PM support agent and ask if they can resend the request to your old provider.

@NeilW Try the PM SIM card in the phone first and reboot the device . If still no luck , No worries support can help
