SIM not provisioned for voice

I have been away for a while. Now I am back in Canada, but my phone didn't work; it says "SIM not provisioned for voice"

What shall I do?

@Junefourteen so, the phone status showing not connected to Public Mobile?

can you use another phone to call 1.855.4PUBLIC, then enter your phone number and check what the system says about the account status?

Have you been away for more than 90 days? It looks your service have been canceled after 90 days without payment.
