I can't log in

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I write my email and password and a window opens with 2 options: Resume activation or Go to login page. I tried them both, several times, I also changed my password. Nothing, same window opens up with the 2 options Resume activation or Go to login page.

I'd like to upgrade my plan but it is impossible. 




when was the last time you login PM My Account? you ever able to successfully login since PM started using EverSafe?  

The error message you got indicates your login is not currently linked to your My Account.  No worries, it is an easy fix for PM support, you will just need to engage them by direct message:
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
