Hi, I recently switched to public mobile from Virgin mobile and I cannot seem to be able to receive texts or phone calls although I can call or send text messages. When I first transferred, i received a text message telling me there were some trouble transferring my number but when I clicked on the link provided, it sent me to an error website.
Sounds like the port wasn’t fully completed. I will send you the number to the porting department. You will have to provide them with the account number from your old provider and make sure they the old provider account is still active. The porting department will get you on your way.
