Requested to have my number ported yesterday. I have no service on my current cell phone. I've paid the fees to PM. I can't access my account to modify it. Trying to submit a ticket I get the "forbidden A1" error, and there's no service on my phone.

It won't allow me to sign into the PM app using my account. It'll ask me for my username and password, sign in, and boot me back to the sign in screen

first , did you use the PM app to complete the subscription process?
