Cannot make calls

For some reason I cannot receive or make phone calls.

i think you need to update your community name.  You don't want people call you by that name

for the calls problem.  Since you cannot make and receive calls, best to ask support agent to help

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
