Hello,
I'm encountering the strangest and frustrating issue. Whenever I try to call out, I get "22P1, an active call is already in progress, this call cannot be completed."
I've checked my network operators settings and it's on Public Mobile, reception is fine and restarted phone multiple times but issue persists. This all happened about 10 minutes ago when I tried to call my dad. So weird!!!! Any advice on how to fix this?

Thanks for the quick reply. I have no idea what just happened or how it was fixed but now my phone is working normally again. Thanks for the suggestions , will keep those in mind.

you just activated the account and unable to call? or outbound calls work before and just having problem today?
try calling with a 1 in front of the 10 digits.
if same, try Reboot the phone or try Reset Network settings
or submit a ticket with CS Agent and ask them to refresh the account. You can submit by using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
