I had seen a 29$ offer from public mobile for 20gb Canada+US+Mexico for $29/month.
The original plan is $39, you get $5 off for auto-payment (indefinitely) and another $5 off as a promo (for 18 months) Also, activation fees are waived after 18 months the plan goes back to 34$.
Can I have this deal ? Or something similar ?

@Dardar2 That offer sounds to me as though it was from another carrier, Public Mobile does not have activation fees. There used to be an auto-pay discount but that's been discontinued.

Interesting... I do not see that plan with $5 off forever for autopay... not on my account nor as a new subscriber...
PM get rid of autopay bonus a while ago.

you can try to contact support and hope they can help. While small number of customers got help to change plan, most reported they got declined
to contact support, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Hi ! Another customer had received that as a promotional black Friday deal. I am not currently a customer but was looking for the best deal out there. Is there Anything that can be done ?

@Dardar2 $29 plan is just 10GB but there’s a 20GB $30 CAN/US plan you should be able to change too

with the change to $29 Canada-us-mes plan, it depends if you see it on your My Account. You can only change to plans offered on My Account's Change Subscription page. if you don't see the plan,sorry, you cannot change to it.
