eSIM failing (and solution?) (iPhone)

I had a problem with eSIM failing to install for over 10 minutes on iPhone XR. Restarted, tried again from QR code (supposedly this works better than installing from the app, according to the Public Mobile email) and it still failed.

Then I turned off low power mode and installed from QR code -- and it worked quite quickly!
