I cannot get service

Hello

I just transferred from Freedom. They have cancelled from their end. But now I cannot get any service on Public and cannot login to anything (getting the Forbidden A1 error)

I have a sim card I just got today from Telus and it is in the phone but nothing is working. I have already paid with my credit card.

Can someone help me with this mess please? I have no phone access now.
