I need to update my payment info before the next payment which is due in just a few days. If the system is down, I could lose my account I guess if the payment can't go through.
How can I update my payment info while the system is down?

I don't think you'll lose your account if payment doesn't go through, just your phone will stop working. A subtle difference, but your account should only be closed if you're already unpaid for 90 days.

This is an interesting choice to be pinned? For anyone who has not used a public mobile voucher for payment or would like to other methods to pay for your services I suggest you read the following post:

If you have CC registered with PM try paying through 611. You can get voucher and again using 611 try to add it.

The only other way to update card details is thru customer support who are overwhelmed I'm sure at this point.....payments can be easily made via 611 with a pm voucher. This post has info on alternative forms of payment.....

Purchase vouchers and 611 to enter the voucher number from these locations:
Or pay with your CC on file through 611 but you must know your security PIN.
