Can I use my credit card to pay for someone else account? Does the name of the account must match the name on the credit card? Under the credit card info for the other person, I was able to enter my credit card info, but I am unsure when the payment ...

I need to update my payment info before the next payment which is due in just a few days. If the system is down, I could lose my account I guess if the payment can't go through. How can I update my payment info while the system is down?
