Hello everyone, hoping you can help. In a rush to create a public mobile account I messed up my email. So trying to log in they ask to verify it is me and I didn't get an email. Finally duh I realized I had typed it in wrong. So I am unable to even submit a ticket to change my email address. Anyway we can actually talk to a human person to sort this out??? Also any ideas how to resolve? Thank you in advance.

Thank you everyone who responded, such a blessing. I have followed through with the suggestion of sending a PM with the link someone gave me. Thank you. I did attempt the chatbox with simon to know avail as I could not successfully create a ticket. Lets see how this unfolds.....

@craftylady You will have to open ticket with PM to sort out the login name. My Account is now up, so hopefully you can get this sorted out quickly and able to login and reactivate

Hi thank you for your response. Greatly appreciated. no I wasn't given that option. Today I tried #611 from the phone and they are telling me the account is deactivated??? I know I was late on a payment though I couldn't verify it was actually me because I messed up my email on registration. And so the loop continues.

Were you not given the option to recieve the 2FA verification code via SMS text message?

@craftylady only PM support can help you to change email used for My Account.
Message them and ask them to change for you:

Do not even try to log in to PM web site as log in is currently not working.
If you are sure you provided and registered with wrong email contact agent to update it. You still will NOT be able to log in so you have to be patient until PM resolves site issues.

You'll need help from CSA to change your email...but ...PM website in unavailable at the moment. Check back in the community Forum for updates.
When it's back up you can send a message to CSA using the chatbot Simon at bottom of this page.
