I lost my sim and i want to stop my payment. system is sending code on my sms that is cant not received.

@qamer  Do you see option that says “didn’t get code” tap it and you should get option to send code to email instead .and once you have new sim card in hand go to to your profile page and sim swap the number like this

Of course if you cannot log in you can contact support to help sim swap the number also

but you sure you dint want to buy a new PM sim and use it in the replacement phone?

if you want to do that,  buy a PM physical sim card form Telus or Koodo store or via Amazon:

Then message support agent and ask them to help to update your account with the new sim card:
