Hi, I dropped my new phone deep in a lake. How do I get my number and a new esim on my old phone?

@Sophsmitchell You could also go to local telus /koodo store and buy physical sim and log into your account profile page and sim swap the number like this

Adding this might be your only option @Sophsmitchell if Your old phone is not eSIM compatible. And best part with physical sim is when you finally replace the phone you can just move the physical sim out of that phone and put into the new phone much less hassle then eSIM

@Sophsmitchell Just log into your PM app with new/ old replacement phone and rebuy esim and you will get credited the money back at check out and keep your same phone number and plan
