I need to change payment type so can turn my phone back on. Been trying for 2 days with no success.  Tried a Visa in private window and a Visa Debit Card.  Also tried using app on phone.  Called bank, they said can see request, they are not denying it and are claiming it is not their end.
Thanks
Alex

Thanks, I tried a different browser incognito/private mode and it worked!  I'm back!

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.

You can also try with PM app (with locator on).  If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or try a different device.

Here is some more information:

  • Log out of your account and relog in before updating your card
  • If you attempted to update the same card multiple times please try again tomorrow or today with a different card as there is a daily limit on update attempts for security purposes.
  • Make sure that your credit card postal code matches your phone number's area code
  • As always, please be sure that you are inputting the correct card details

Hey @BitcoinCashAlex

PM is known to have cache issues. Go into your browser settings, enter "Cache" and clear the cache. Close the entire browser and try again. This time when you reboot, then go into incognito mode and try.
