Hi there, I am trying to order a new sim card and it doesn't recognize my address, I tried writing it in different ways and I even tried a friend address and still same message "Invalid address". What would be my next step please?

Are you trying to order via the website or the PM app?
If via website, try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try on a different device. Or you could also try on the PM app itself.
Public mobile SIM card can take up to 10 business days to arrive (via their website) and sometimes even longer. You may want to consider purchasing from Amazon.ca (prime shipping) or in store at a corporate Telus or Koodo store.
