voicemail is not working properly!

My voicemail seems not pick up my calls that I can't answer. When u call and try to leave me a message it just a beeping sound

Try Reset Network Settings and it usually fixes it 

Also, go to the dialer, then Settings and look  for Voicemail Access number, it should be a number ends with 4001 or 4002, let is know what number it is
