Add on 1GB for US & Canada

I took a Data & Add on for 1GB (8.5 GB at 3G speed) for my short trip to US. Unfortunately,

my phone never worked in the US during my 6 days visit. Kindly arrange the refund to my account as it never worked and due to this service failure, I had to buy a new GPS. 

There was no message and totally I was in trouble during my stay in US.

Did you turn on Roaming on your phone?

I had the $60 plan which has US data included and It worked perfectly.

You're right about no refunds unless it's their fault. They might decide to make exceptions to keep member happy.

US roaming add-ons expire 10 days after purchase.  When you log into your account under data and add-ons does it appear ?  When purchasing add-ons your need to purchase and then add it to your accont.

Which add on did you buy? Was it $20 or was it $30 for the 1GB?

The only thing close to what you say is the $50 plan with 8GB + 500MB of data ..it has calling to Canada and US but will only work while you're in Canada. Is this the plan you're refrring to ?

There aren't any add-ons that work in both countries. There are seperate data add-ons for each country.

Log into My Account...does your Available Funds show the $$ still sitting there ? If so, you didn't actually "buy" the add-on at all.

PS...which add-on did you buy ? The only one PM offers is the 10 day US Roaming add-ons or the $60 plan.
