Account on hold

Hi, I got an email and a text saying that my account has been put on hold because of an unresolved payment issue, but everything looks in order on my account. There is a payment card, I am subscribed, and the payment has been taken. I am still able to text and call, so I'm just confused about what is happening. I don't know the correct contact for this issue, is there somebody that can help me with this?

Just ignore it. It was a mass email that the system sent out. Just another glitch in the system.

if your PM services have no problem o, please ignore the message about the overdue issue.  It looks like there was a system glitch and those email were sent wrong, sent to the wrong group of customers

if you are concern, you can also  submit ticket with  support agent:

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@Tara_J i  If your services are still working . You can ignore this error message . A lot of complaints about this over the last 24 hours of error messages  to customers . Some sorta system glitch
