URGNT-RePLCMNT ESIM fr NEW PHON W/same#

My last phone got stolen, and my number is currently not active due to not being paid. I have a new phone and want to transfer the number onto this phone and I’ll do whatever is necessary. I Have an eSIM with Public Mobile for another account with another number Which I used temporarily thinking, I might be able to get back my old phone. I have realized that it’s impossible and so I’m trying to get access to my old phone number on the original account. I want to remove this temporary esim and get back my original number with my original account. How do I do this? When I log into my original account, it is only opting me to transfer the number which I’ve tried to transfer my original number, but it says it doesn’t exist or isn’t working And the other option is to get a new number which I don’t want. What is the process to be able to get back my old phone number because I have a lot of accounts with this number and I don’t want to go to the process of replacing the phone number on each account. Please someone help me. How do I get back my old phone number. I see that I can maybe get an EM replacement but what is the process and will I be able to get back my old phone number on this account?

@Beau1234   So you are still able to log in to the account with the original number?  It sounds like you were trying to transfer the number on the new account to the old account (which is not possible).  The 90 days before an account is closed is counted from the last unpaid renewal, not the last paid renewal.  If your existing account with PM is still active you just have to sign in to it with your new phone and purchase a new esim.  Have you tried calling the old number to see if it is re-assigned yet?

@Beau1234

Yes, you number has been returned to the carrier you got the number from. It will be put on hold for another 90 days before it is give out to who ever wants it.

You will have to get a new SIM/eSIM and create a new account with a new number.

Has it been more than 90 days? If so, your account and the telephone number probably permanently deactivated.
