I'm trying to access my account, I can log in but once in, i get a msg saying update in progress(or similar) March 4th- march 5th we will be upgrading our system. No access to plans etc. Return to log in screen. This normally wouldn't be an issue BUT it's the 25th of March not the 4 or 5th.....anyone else having this issue? I have tried other browsers, cleared cache etc but still getting same msg 😠

It could be due to Patch Tuesday..

Same problem. I’m hoping the message was intended to say 24th - 25th, not 4-5. Hopefully it’s resolved by tomorrow morning.

I don't have those dates listed, but yes the system is down. This happens regularly late at night.

Incorrect date but the maintenance is real, I got the same message 🙂
There was no announcement earlier for tonight's maintenance activity, so, seems like an unscheduled one. Usually the system will be up again around 8am ET. Please try back tomorrow morning
