I tied to install a esim in Apple Watch, it didn’t work. Now I trying to login my account, but it will send a code to my number, I can’t receive messages. What should I do? How can I get a new esim or a new physical sim?

For esim on Apple Watch , although PM has eSIM support, but its eSIM won't work on Apple Watch. To support smart watch, other than eSIM, the carrier has to invest more into the infrastructure (servers and software) which PM does not have . To have a plan setup with your Apple Watch you have to activate with Telus or other Tier 1 providers (Bell, Rogers, or Freedom and Virgin Mobile - they are the only 2 Tier 2 providers supporting Apple Watch)
And for re-setup the esim on another device, you need to install the PM app on the phone and login. But your issue is you cannot get the code to login the app or My Account, so you need to message CS_agent for help. Private message CS Agent at:
