Hi there,
I used to use Public Mobile as my provider, and now I need help accessing my old phone bills from May and June 2022.
Please help me with that. Thank you.

Open chatbot, type 'ticket', follow prompts and eventually you will be offered to open a ticket.
TRY not to message agents directly as this might significantly delay their response and resolution.

Public Mobile and their CS Agents can only go back one calendar year. Sadly you will not be able to access them past that point. The only option to go back farther is with a court order for any legal case.
