Hello, I subscribed a new 5g plan, and my phone is Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, I'm in pm's coverage. But why it shows 4g or 4g+.
And I opened 5g(auto connect)
My phone is tw version(it can be global)
PM uses n66 n78
I only have n78
I activated on Nov 24
I went to different places in Coquitlam, Vancouver. But still 4g&4g+(advanced)
I ordered simcard on web and shipping

I changed my phone setting to 5g, and I went to different place, only have 4g or 4g+

Look like your area might have weak 5G signal or none and hence you are still connecting to 4G
check your network mode again and check if you have a 5G only option instead of the 5G (auto connect)
and make sure you have disable battery saver mode
And test your phone in different area to see if it connects to 5G just in case it is a local network issue
But if you are on 5G plan, even you are using 4G network, you will have speed close to the top 5G speed PM is offereing. If you do a speed test, you should get over 100 Mbps and could reach 200Mbps or more

@JamesYuan You need to change your network to 5G just changing plans doesn’t change your phone settings
