Hello,
Activated this plan about 2 weeks ago, still haven't received my bonus data. Account shows as 3GB of data total to this day. Can a mod please look into this? Thank you.

Hello all,
Thank you for the help. I did contact cs and am waiting on their response, and yes I did use the code when I created my account.

@Icc if you already entered 2GBBonus and you activated online yoruself, you can contact PM and should get the bonus back easily
open a ticket with mod, click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
Enter your question in SIMon. Follow the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button,
type: Contact CS Agent
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Other"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
