Hello,
I recently bought the $36 plan with free eSIM, which I downloaded through the app. While the eSIM has been activated and the plan is showing up in my PM account, there are some problems:
For reference, I selected to transfer my old phone number - all my contacts are able to send SMS/calls using that number. I have an older iPhone Xs, which was eligible for eSIM prior to installation.
I have tried removing my old, physical SIM card. I have also tried restarting my phone. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

hi @Suntuze SOS means the sim is not working at all.
If you did all the test step above and failed, message support as mentioned above

That's the strangest part! My phone says "SOS only" for the mobile data. It doesn't connect to "data" as it should, and without wifi, I cannot access the internet. I also cannot send SMS. But I receive SMS just fine. I also called my home phone perfectly.
To clarify, this persisted even after network reset, physical SIM card removal, and me manually having wifi turned off.
