2 plans are mixed up billing

Hi  I have 2 separate plans started on 2 different  dates with different email addresses but same billing and credit card info.   My plans are some how confused and I am being billed on the same cycle for both eventhough I paid for the 1 plan on another date.

I still think it is browser cache 

Or try a different browser, and use Incognito or Private mode once more. You should see different result

But yes, if still not correct, Please submit ticket with agent:

this is my first month with the second plan so no changes 

HI @LoriF  I know the problem.  It is the browser cache

Please use Incognito/Private/Secret mode to login to avoid the local cache problem

Hi, thanks for your information.  Here is a screen shot showing 2nd account I started on May 11, then the second screen shot showing my account is on hold and shows a different cycle date which is the dates of my second account?  ugh Screenshot 2023-05-30 at 5.09.26 PM.pngScreenshot 2023-05-30 at 5.12.56 PM.png

Hard to believe PM would make such error.

Maybe you did plan switch?

HI @LoriF  It shouldn't  

First, PM is one account one line, although the card is the same, there is no link between them

And remember, PM is on 30 days cycle, not monthly.  So, the billing date will move.  Maybe that's why you are confused?

Please login to My Acocunt on both lines (you should use 2 emails), check the Payment history and it will tell you how much they charge and the date.  Compare both
