Hey! I was able to sign into Community with the right email and password, but it's forced me to pick a new nickname and I can't access any of my old notifications or anything.
Did I miss something?

Note to all: If during the initial eversafe login process, using the sign up option will cause this issue where the system wants a new community account to be created. If the sign in option is used, then it is a toss up where a bug in the system might ask for a new community account to be created. Make sure to avoid using the sign up option.

hi @Anonymous happening to many users. You need to submit ticket with CS agent. It is fixable
