Howdy.
I'm trying to sign up on the PM iPhone app and when it asks me to enter the 4 digit code, it's sent to my old number. I just ported in a different number recently.
Is there a time line the system recognizes the new number to send the code to? FYI I'm getting calls and texts already to the ported number so all is good there.
Thoughts?

Not sure how you can port a different number?
Porting is always your latest number from another carrier. If you change your number with your old carrier, you might want to contact them to see if the number change was completed.

Ha. Didn't think that option would come up. Thought it would try to resend it to the same number. It worked. Thanks @hTideGnow

Confirm your new number shows in your account. Logout then login using browser incognito tab. The app is still a bit glitchy I think.

@Chalupa_Batman So, you have completed the new EverSafe setup?
If you did, when it was waiting for you to enter the code there, click Resend code, and click Send email and it will send the code to email for you to login
So, the port still not done?
