Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

OK thanks. I'll leave that for another day because today is my birthday and I'd rather not spend anymore time chatting with an agent from a company that pulls the rug out from its loyal customers by taking away their rewards. I'm trying not let it spoil my day as I'm getting too old to have to deal with being hoodwinked by unscrupulous Mobile phone companies.

You can contact a CS_Agent though the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you.

That is what I did.
