I cannot make payment. I do not know 4digit pass code ( for *611) just general password and nickname. I don’t think I ever set up.
I thought i had automatic payments monthly on a visa debit card and has been working till know. Will not let me process

@Wojo you might need to wait 24 hours to try payment again
but instead of waiting, consider buying voucher from SDM/LD/Shell/711 and load the voucher using My Account or *611 to resume your service first

Got 4 digit password but would not let me make payment and therefore not renew subscription
