Recently I tried calling Directory Assistance by dialing '411' but received msg that the call could not be completed. I then tried dialing zero & received the same message. How does one contact Directory Assistance on Public Mobile?? Thanks for the help!

I'm not sure 411 even exists any more. I remember many many years ago with another provider that it was changed to a pay per use service even then.

If you know the name of the medical facility...just google it and I'm sure you'll see their contact info.

as you've self discovered, the traditional directory assistance doesn't work with Public Mobile.

This isn't a service that is offered by Public Mobile. While there are third party services that might offer this, there isn't anything offered by this phone company. There are also online directly, but as more and more cell phones are now being used instead of landlines, such services are often of limited usefulness.
